Is there a way to just enter a half hour of strength traini

I am trying really hard to keep track of my exercise but I am not going to waste time trying to write down every machine I lift with at the gym and how many reps I do then come home and input them in the computer. It is driving me nuts but I lift at least 3 days a week for about a half an hour and I want that counted in my burned calories. Oh well no system is perfect.

In the cardio section, there's an option for strength training. It's called "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)."
Logging your reps in the strength section is to keep track of your progress, but it doesn't show calories earned.0 -
