Lost my motivation

I moved down to SC in July and before I'd found work, it was SO easy to eat healthy, preparing my food at home, exercising. I was doing AWESOME! I was down like 20 lbs. But I am a dental hygienist and waitress on the weekends, and the past few weeks since I've found more work, I've REALLY fallen off the wagon.... Honestly, I think I got trampled by the horse too! It's that bad. My husband is a full time student, and works as well, so when we get home we are both tired and neither of us feel like cooking. We end up eating take out or fast food. I've gained like 4lbs in probably 3 weeks. :( What I want to know is how do you stay motivated when life gets busy? Any tips for thoughts on preparing dinners that you can freeze, etc?
