Hi All

I recently bought this DVD and completed the first 20 minute section which consisted of interval training using hand weights. At the end of the section Jennifer said that 20 minutes burns as much calories as a 60 minute jog.

I was aching for days after and really felt like I'd pushed myself but surely I didn't burn as much as 60 minutes jogging?

Is that possible?

    I burn abt. 185 in 20 min. doing JM 30 day shred, so I would say yes, it's very possible.


    ETA : sorry just realized you have 60 min. not 60 calories lol, so maybe not.

    Yes, interval training is the way to go! You get more results in less time.....how bad can THAT be?
