30 day shred

ok so im doing this but it never crossed my mind whether your supposed to do 30 days of level one then 30 days or level 2 , etc...


or


are you supposed to do level one for 10 days , level 2 for 10 day .... etc...


help asap

    It's 30 days total. I think you are supposed to do level 1 until you feel comfortable and then start level 2... so you may do more days of one level than the others. That said, I plan on doing 10 days of each level.

    ove up dont. Just listen to your body. I dont think it matters as long as you are trying and doing your best:)

    I am on day 6 of the shred I normally try to do level 1 & 2 everyday or level 2 + a half hour of jillian michaels yoga dvd

    A lot of women do 30 days straight... HOWEVER Jillian herself says it's not a workout made for everyday.. She recommends 2 days of shred one day cardio two days of shred one cardio then 7th day rest :-)

    Day 8 for me and I don't feel comfortable enough to do Level 2 yet.
    I think you should do it when you it feels right for you.

    I've been also doing Jillian's No more trouble zones and it's fantastic!
