Have you tried carb cycling?

If so, what exactly did you do, and what were your results?
Since I only have 9 pounds left to lose, and I'm already in the "healthy weight" range, losing weight is becoming slow and difficult for me. I did some research and learned that carb cycling could help with losing the last few pounds. Some bodybuilders use it to cut body fat percentage very quickly for competitions. Could it work for me?

Whilst I am not an expert I ave started to dabble in this casually, i.e. eating moderate/low carb for 5-6 days a week then upping it for 1-2 days and have actually seen myself look a lot leaner on my 'low' days and also have way more energy for my workouts...however I am just as curious as you are whether I should do it properly! But from my (little) experience it has worked quite well.0

From what I've read about carb cycling, you can do high-carb one day, medium/low-carb the second day, and low/no-carb the third day, then repeat for a couple weeks. I also read that it's not a good idea to keep this cycle going for more than 2 weeks at a time. I wish I knew more facts about it though.0
