Hello people!
I'm new to this site/app but I'm not new to weight loss attempts. My name is Will and I'm 23. I've always been the larger of my friends and the most I have ever weighed is 16st 9lbs. Last year I managed to loose nearly 2 stone however for various resons I stopped and put the majority back on. I can loose weight and I know how, the only problem is sticking to it and perservearing.
My job certainly doesn't help as I currently work at McDonalds and I get a free meal on my break so the temptation is always there. I have tried bringing my own food but its hard to justify it when I could just get a meal for no effort and for free. I am also a bit of a gaming nerd and spend a large portion of my free time on online games. I go to the gym regulary for about an hour which helps and I'm looking forward to testing out this FitnessPal app thing. Hopefully it will stop me from getting sucked back into my old lifestyle.
Well, thats my introduction. If you have any tips for me and my situation I'd greatly appretiate it.
Thank you

Its hard to keep from lapsing back into the realm of junk food. I know the feeling all to well. With 4 kids and a wife who wouldn't gain a pound if she ate an entire horse, my house is constantly filled with sweets and junk food along with "normal" foods that are processed. Good luck to you. Feel free to add me if you want an extra supporter.0

welcome! sticking to it does seem to be the hardest part, so I feel you there haha. But about McDonalds, I'm not very familiar with the menu (besides mcflurries which I could eat nonstop) maybe a salad? But I try to be a supportive friend so feel free to add good luck!0
