School Challenge

Our local YMCA and school system now have a partnership. It's great because as a teacher, I get a discounted family membership. I signed up for a Spring Break Challenge. I only have about 10 pounds to lose but the challenge is based on percentage of weight loss so we all have a good chance to win.
I go to Zumba a few days a week a the Y and I eat pretty healthy. Does anyone have any tips to help me shed the last 10 pounds?
