Just Another "Hi I'm New" - Improving Nutrition, Not Weight

Hey there everyone,
I figured I'd try to find a few "friends" so that I can feel guilty when I have to post 1000 grams of sugar or something on a food diary.
I'm actually not trying to lose any weight. I would like to trim up a bit where it matters but ultimately am looking at putting on about 10 pounds of muscle. Anyone with similar goals would be great to add, and anyone else is fine as well.
I snowboard and kickbox as regular workouts and also do some lifting. I've never really tracked my diet, though, and I think that that is what is holding me back.
