A couple questions, advice needed!

Options
Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to MFP and I have a couple questions!

1. I have been doing my Wii Fitness, the Jogging segment. I have been counting that as jogging in place for xx min. Does that sound right for tracking this?

2. Does anyone do the BL video? The first one? How does a person count this?

Thanks for any help!

I use a HRM, that way I know exactly what I burn.

Is there a certain brand that is better or does anyone work well? I looked online they range from $40 on up. Does a person need to spend alot?

I have a wii fit but no heart rate monitor it's just not in my budget.
What I do is log it in as usual but i will only eat half the calories it says i've burned.
It works for me good luck

WalMart has a wrist model that is fully programmable, age, weight, resting pulse, for under $40.00...
