Logging 30 day shred...

Anyone doing Jillian's 30 day shred....how do you log it?

I use my HRM0

I don't eat my calories - or all of them - so I logged my 30 DS first day yesterday as aerobics.0

I log it as "circuit training" as suggested by a few of my mfp friends also doing 30ds0

I googled it and saw a lot of people saying that you lose approx 200 or so calories (of course this depends on your body weight), and then i added it as an exercise on here, so that when i do it i just click "Jillian 30 Day Shred" and it adds it on for me0
