    I looked on Amazon, the Polar FT4 was a female version, id not see one for men. The FT7 is more than I want to pay, so I think I will be getting Timex Personal Trainer Heart Rate Monitor. Did not want a watch, I haven't had a watch in years, Use my cell phone for the time. Will only use HRM when I am working out.
