    great job! I would never get through that workout.

    She is a killer.... but fabulous!

    I did the 30 day shred for a week, and couldnt move for another week. :laugh:

    Push it girl it gets easier by the end of the week and honestly week 4 is easier :)

    I agree, level 3 is the hardest. I think she does that on purpose so you work up the strength to do the next one. Its the same with Killer buns.
  • jillian is the best - just need bob (harper) to bring 1 out now (but just as good) :o)

    level 3 is definitely the hardest! once you've got through that, you can do anything! just think about the results... (and the cool down, that's my favourite bit :wink: )
