I did the 30 day shred for a week, and couldnt move for another week. :laugh:0 -

I agree, level 3 is the hardest. I think she does that on purpose so you work up the strength to do the next one. Its the same with Killer buns.0

level 3 is definitely the hardest! once you've got through that, you can do anything! just think about the results... (and the cool down, that's my favourite bit
)
