So I decided this weekend (Friday night actually) that I felt fairly rubbish after eating rubbish and decided to get back on the healthy eating plan.

My family leave me to it and take the mick a bit when they see me eating salads and fruit, with comments such as 'oooh didn't see you there Slim' etc but have no inclination to give up the 15 cups of coffee per day, the 30 *kitten* per day and it's not my place to try and convince them to either. Everyone is capable of choosing their own lifestyle...

Obviously I have started noticing more the foods around me that I know are bad for me etc but this kinda made me chuckle...

Family's meals from Thursday...

Thursday - Domino Pizza (4 large between 3 of them)
Friday - Burger King for Dad and Bro and Chinese for Mother
Saturday - Fish and Chips
Sunday - Indian Takeaway

*Sigh* I can't wait to move out!

    It's difficult when everyone else has junk, but you can ignore their comments, or use them to increase your willpower. My mum today told me that calorie counting is scientifically proven not to work, I want to prove her wrong and I will.
