I am finding that using this 35 calorie spreadable cheese on sandwiches, instead of using lite mayo, miracle whip, or a more high calorie cheese, has cut down the calories in my lunch sandwiches quite a bit. It tastes good too!

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE Laughing Cow! My favorite flavor is the Chipotle Queso, but I love all of them. I eat at least one a day, usually for lunch with some light crackers and pepper jelly or turkey. It's also great to melt to make a light cheese sauce for veggies, especially broccoli.
