In November 2011 I finally quit smoking after 12 years of that nasty habit.
It's been relatively easy for me until last night.
I had a huge argument with my MIl which had been coming for a long time and I just blew up. I then spent most of the night wanting to go for a smoke because that's what I did to 'relieve stress'.
I didn't.
I can very happily say I have been smoke free for 32 days today!
