Hey!!
So I want to get toned, i still want to lose about 20 lbs in the process but does anyone have any advice?? I'm doing cardio but now adding in weights, any advice as to how much i can be doing weights? i heard since I'm just trying to tone up its ok to do it everyday???

I'm doing the same and still Want to lose that extra 20lbs also. My schedule is cardio every other day and weight training every other day along with ab work. I doing chalean extreme and her method is to lift the heavest amount for 8reps but do it really slow so you feel the burn. I'm doing the hybrid with turbo fire so my cardio is HIIT workouts.
