    54 lbs!! thats awesome! i think i will buy them for my birthday present. my goal is 65 lbs. so if that will get me there then why not. thanx

    thank you i think i will treat myself and buy the dvds. my goal is 67 lbs. i love a good cardio workout....

    I bought Zumba Exhilarate last year and just did it today. I really enjoyed it. It was fun and didn't really feel like a workout but i did sweat. :)
