Hey I have been using this app off and on for a year I lost 30lbs last year I gained about 15lbs back so I am going at this again. I love Beachbody Products THEY DO WORK !!! Shakeology is the bomb. I hope that your new year is well I am pushing hard this month FEB>.. I hope to see you around. :)

    don't worry bout the shakes etc just follow this site I reallyn do think it will work
