What are some of your favorite way to cook salmon?? I like it but I have never cooked it. How bout on the george foreman?? And what seasonings would I use?

    On the grill with S & P, maybe fresh Dill and lemon juice. George Foreman grill should work great! Good luck.

    I love it just in the oven. sometimes I put honey on it (maybe a tablespoon?) and sprinkle with pistachios for an extra crunch. or you can just bake with a little butter and dill on top.
