Im just starting out with weights at home, got some hand held plus free weights, used to go to a trainer years ago, don't want to join a gym because I know I won't go, I'm in the country and it's a drive to go anywhere. Anyway can someone help with some advice on what I should be doing starting out, type of exercise and how many reps etc. Or point me to a good website that I can print out something. Thanks!

I think we're not allowed to post links, but if you google for Australian Women's Health, they have a lot of workouts on their site, which include instructions on each movement and how many reps to do, etc. It also includes lifestyle information and healthy recipes, for those who are interested. I'll send you the link in a private message. I hope this helps0
