Hey everyone! I'ma 30 year old male from Edmonton Alberta. I'm 5'10, 198lb and am trying to lose about 20 lbs. Also looking for some friends.

    I am a soldier posted to Ottawa right now. I hope to loose 40 lbs by July. Office work has not helped I want to be lean and mean once again.
