Pre-Workout Supplements for Women

Hey Ladies, I have a question for those of you who use pre-workout supplements and are on birth control.

I have tried many types of supplements and have found that anything that has 'thermogenics' in them have thrown my cycle off, mid-cycle. It freaks me out and I stop taking them. I have taken GNC generic women's vitamins with thermogenics, and I tried N-Zero extreme by Cellucor, which also has thermogenics. Both of them have thrown off my cycle on the pill.

I have tried just caffeine, which is not enough of a boost for me to get going in the gym. Do any of you ladies use a tried and true pre-workout supplement that is safe for birth control users?

    I use Define 8 but I'm also on the depo shot.....not sure how would effect the pill. I know here in nebraska its a hot supplement for the ladies.
