    The same thing you've probably read a million and one times before. A nice lean protein, complex carb and veggies galore. In my house we've gotten really big into cooking Indian food. I have to tweak the fat in all of the recipes (three tablespoons of fat...phhfft...more like 1 teaspoon). I've found the food so flavorful! Add in 1/4 of rice and eat 2-4 servings of veg and it's a meal :)

    Try an Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps (71 calories) fill with tuna salad and crunchy veggies or your favorite fillings. If you have not has these wraps they are good. Can get them at Lowe's foods. Can really fill with anything you dream up..a nice alternative to bread. Check out the nutritional info in the database.
