What is the most calories you have consumed in a day? i think i may be getting to mine now. :wink:

    Since I have started recording again. On my first day I ate 3,000 calories.

    I think since I have recorded I consumed a total of maybe 3,100 but that included a lot of alcohol :)

    I logged one of my old binge days to have a look and I was nearly at 4500 cals. A lot of chocolate and big big portions of everything else. No bloody wonder I put on 45kg! lol

    I had a refeed where I had over 4,000 calories and 500g of carbs

    I don't know.. I'm sure it was up there, but I haven't gone insane since I've been counting.

    I'd say in around 3000-3500 and I enjoy every bite and drop of alcohol. LOL I was at a wedding.

    4400 from foods only (not liquids) & done in 8hrs.

    Pretty soft I know.

    since i started logging last month 1900 or so. I have no doubt there have been 6000+ cal days in my past though lol
