I have read a few explainations of this in the forum but is there anyone out there that this actually worked for? I have been doing the Jamie eason livefit trainer at 1500 calories and a fitness coach just advised me to up my calories to 2100. I am terrified of gaining fat. I just finished the bulking phase of the program and cannot afford to get any..."bulkier." Thanks in advance!!
