Trying to conceive and intense exercise and TWW

Hi. My husband and I are ttc again :) I am 3 dpo. :happy:
I love intense workouts. I do turbo fire, P90X, and take a zunba class at the fitness club (not all in one day). I also to the elliptical, treadmill, walk outside, and yoga.
I am stressing myself out about doing too much. What do you think is an acceptable amount of exercise. Should I cut out turbo fire, P90X, and Zumba. I would love to continue with this exercise, but don't want to risk not implanting.

  • I wouldn't worry too much about it in the TWW, I would wait until 16DPO or 18DPO and start testing. If your pregnant, then I would adjust my workouts.
