plateau?

i started turbofire Jan 2nd and the first 4 weeks had amazing success. i was down 11lbs and 7 inches. i have a body bugg so i was making sure to hit my burn and stay under my calories every day. 6 out of 7 days a week i would burn an extra 1000 to 1500 calories above what i was eating. i was feeling great...then week 5 came and im up 4lbs. i didnt change anything...well i added an extra day of walking....i was walking 2 days a week for 30 mins and last week i walked a 3rd day...but instead of seeing a great loss i have a gain.??

advice please....my muscles are sore i know the scale isnt the sole judge of me working the program. i just am thrown off by the gain.
