Hey everyone! I just finished my first round of Insanity yesterday and the sense of accomplishment I felt after that last fit test was beyond words. I've made so much progress and my body has definitely changed, but I'm still not yet at the body that I want so I'll be doing another round.
The next round will start on Monday, Feb 13th with the first workout. Who's with me?
