Hello again :)

My name is Liz, and I'm almost 23 years old. I joined MFP last February, a year from today I believe. I was doing well -- losing some weight, staying on top of my entries, being really exact in my food and exercise logging. But once I graduated college, all of that stopped.

I got a full-time job (a desk job where I spend most of my time sitting) and the time and energy from commuting to and from the city every day was enough to make me not care about what I'm eating or how little I'm exercising. All in all, I got lazy.

But I'm here today because I want to take the control I once had back into my own hands, and I'm looking for a little push in the right direction. I know from past experience how wonderfully encouraging the MFP community is. So hi, again :)
