Finding foods that are not listed

Where do I go find calorie information that isn't listed such as traditional Chinese food, like boiled vegetable and pork dumplings, or steamed fish head with two chill variety.
Also, Starbucks has a low-fat blueberry yogurt parfait (blueberry on bottom and some cornflakes on top)--i see other yogurt parfaits but not the one that is served in China, where I am from.

Any tips would be welcomed! Thank you everyone :)

You have a few choices -
    - use the recipe calculator for home made or traditional food. Even if you don't cook it yourself, you can probably find a local recipe and enter it in so have the data.
    - look on the website of the company (like Starbucks) to see if they have nutritional info for your local yoghurt, then enter it into the database
    - search for something similar in the database. I know I've found pork dumplings in there.
    - look for a local database of food and enter the ones you use into MFP database.
  • Thank you Ruby, do you happen to know the website I can look into? Starbucks I can check....many thanks and good luck to all of you!

I think you would be best to see if there is a Chinese website with data for local food. I could point you to an Australian one, but I don't think the "chinese food" we get here would be the same as real Chinese food!
Just use a search engine and look for "fish head curry calories" and see if any chinese results pop up.
