Hello everyone!!! I am VERY new to this! I have tried all kinds of things but NONE of them stuck! EVERYTIME I did something it would never last! Tomorrow I am starting my diet & exercise and would love all the help and tips I can get! I am 21 years old and I am 225 lbs! Just a year ago I was 200 lbs and have gained in the last year EXTREMELY! PLEASE HELP! <3
