How do I track calories from Exercise Videos?

Hi There,
I want to mix up my routine...I have a couple of exercise videos from The Firm Wave and Jillian Michael's 30-day Shred...
On the Jillian Michales DVD the workout is 20 minutes, with varying levels of intensity to choose from.
I'm 5'4 and 141 lbs....any thoughts on what to enter for exercise log?

Most of us put the 30 day shred under circuit training0

Calories burnt for the Shred will be different for most people. I burn about 220 calories during the Shred according to my HRM; while my boyfriend only burns 180.
I agree with the above poster that circuit training is the best way to log it on MFP without a HRM. I just thought it would help to see the numbers other ppl get from the same exercise...helps you know if what MFP says is on the right track.
Have fun with the Shred, I've been enjoying it. I still haven't dared level 2 yet!0 -
