Not eating enough

Everyday I eat what I feel like is a decent amount and I'm still 400-500 calories short of meeting my goal (not to mention over 100 g of carbs too)

Suggestions on what to eat? I feel like I'm eating all the food in my house and still not getting enough.

    Having your diary open would be helpful.
    Often when people make this complaint, I see that they are eating low fat/low calorie versions of food. If you are, consider eating the full versions to add calories and not a ton more food.
    Nut, nut butters, seeds, avocados, olive oil and other calories dense foods are a good way to add calories as well.

    Been exercising about 400-500 calories a day and not eating those back for awhile?
