logging 30 day shred & C25K calories burned

what is the best way tog the calories burned for these workouts? what is the best way others have done this? any suggestions are helpful for this beginner exerciser! thanks!!

    I do ripped in 30, which is similar to 30 day shred from what i hear.. and I log it as circuit training..

    I'm doing 30DS and I log it as - Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort. Hope this helps

    For 30DS I do Circuit training... for C25K I do how many minutes my run was (I use jog - 12min mile)... It might not be that accurate but its close (hopefully).

    I log 30DS as circuit training, general. My HRM says I burn a bit more than MFP but the about 70 cal difference isnt that important to me and I keep the MFP assessment... out of lazyness mostly :)

    On my HRM C25K burns about 250kcal (week 1/2) and 30DS about 220kcal (level 1)
