Newbie!

Hey everyone, I've been using myfitnesspal on and off for a while, mainly just to look up values in foods. I'm someone that used to mainly be on a low carb diet, and had success doing it but really missed fruit and cereal. I have about 10kg I'd like to lose and it's my last 10kg. It is hard to budge I can tell you! I have recently hired a rowing machine to start exercising. I'm not a fan of alot of exercise but realise I need to do it to get this last bit off and to get healthy. I also am hoping to tone up my thighs and get into some shorts and short skirts lol. Looking forward to chatting to everyone and finding out how you're going :wink:
