Okay, so I just sprained my ankle and boy, did I do a good job on it! It's twice the size and all the colours of the rainbow.
Are there any exercise I can do so I'm not just sitting around while it heals up? I'm super frustrated I can't keep up with my workout schedule.
Any suggestions would be great!

I feel your pain. I stress fractured my foot a couple weeks ago and can't jog everyday which is horrible because I'm training for a 1/2 marathon. I've been doing Zumba because it's low impact although i don't know if you could do that with an ankle injury. Jillian MIchaels has a very good dvd and it's a killer workout called "No More Trouble Zones". That's mainly mat work and it's 50min long. I have been doing that a lot and after the warm up there are quite a few exercises you do laying down. Good luck!

With my stress fracture on my fibula (right above my ankle) my doctor told me only biking until it was healed. And strength training, but only seated lifting... no squats or lunges or leg press.

I started running again last week, but taking it easy (redoing C25K so I don't overdo it).
