Hello!

I've just discovered MFP. Have used Weightwatchers online in the past but it was a few years ago and I found the time it took to input everything was too much! I'm hoping things have moved on with the advent of apps and barcode scanning so I can zip along with it. Just want to say I am RUBBISH at dieting - I'm so busy with other things when the tummy starts to grumble - I head for the kitchen without thinking.

I've taken up zumba about 4 or 5 times a week as well and loving it but stepped on the scales to see that I haven't lost anything! So here's the diet side of it. MFP started me off on 1200 cals per day - arrgghh! I've put my breakfast and lunch to find I've only got 498 left for dinner. Any ideas on quick low cal recipes?

would love to hear from anyone!

Tina
