need motivation!

over the spring and through November I was working out 3x a week. Then i got really sick and was basically confined to the couch for a month. In January I felt better but just could not get motivated to exercise. My routine now is come home from work, put on the pj's and sit on the couch for the rest of the night. I want to stop doing this but I just cant seem to get motivated. Any words of wisdom to help get my butt off the couch would be very helpful, thanks!

    Hi Mariella - I feel the same way. I had been working out 3 - 5 times a week and counting cals but fell off the bandwagon and just can't seem to get off my lazy butt. I'm trying to remember what it took for me to get started in the first place. Pulling yourself out of a rutt is such a hard thing.

    I'm with you, changing directly from work clothes to PJs....I'm thinking maybe laying out my workout clothes before I leave for work so it's easier to change into them. That may be motivational.
