Hello
just wondering if anyone else here has this problem. As much as I enjoy exercising I find it makes my TOS flare up and my left hand is aching today. I'm trying all the usual scalene stretches but it might be time to go back to a physio.
I hope they don't tell me to stop lifting weights.
