New food- HELP

Ok, so nearly all of us agree that this is a lifestyle change and one of the things i know i need to change is what kind of food i eat. Dont get me wrong when i choose to my main meals are fine but i stick to the same kind of things over and over again because to a degree im a fussy eater. If something doesnt look nice i wont touch it lol
So iv made a deal with myself that i will try new things and whilst shopping today i bought
spinach (i know i like this lol),
Blueberrys,
greek yogart
mixed nuts.

Problem is, i cant try them but i have no idea what to do with them.

So any suggestions would be really appreciated.

    I make smoothies every morning with greek yogurt, spinach, blueberries (or whatever other berry I might have), and FF milk. I love them and they are so filling!
