Anyone had their shoulder scoped?

Hi I know I have some cartilage damage in my shoulder. Not sure if labrum or rotator is involved or not. Lots of grinding and catching some pain.

I got an injection a few years ago and it really helped but dr. said I would probably need it scoped "down the road".

I'm going to make an appointment for another injection but just thinking ahead.

If you've had yours scoped...

What was recovery time like?

Did the surgery help your problem? Have you returned to normal activities?
