Why is our justice system doing more to protect the criminal
After the news of that A-hole Josh Powell blowing up his 2 young boys and himself, it was like another case where our system didn't do enough to protect the victims. I have been following the story since day 1 of his wife's disappearance and I have always thought that he was guilty of killing her. Why if he was allowed "supervised" visits did they let him have them in his own home? Doesn't that defeat the purpose? I am just sick to my stomach today over this story and my heart goes out to all those who tried so hard to protect those boys when our system failed them.
