I just joined this site and I love it already. Everyone seems to help one another and I think that is what I need to reach my goal!

What I struggle with the most is not so much eating too much, but WHAT TO EAT!
If ANYONE has suggestions on how or what i should be eating, please let me know!

( I should be eating 1,500 or LESS cals. a day )

AND, I don't cook too much lol so the easier a meal is, the better!!

Please add me, I could use all the support. <3
