Celebrating small successes

I've tried over hauling my life style many times now. There were many times I would get frustrated and annoyed and think. What is the point of this anyway and just binge and do what I wanted.

On new years eve my boyfriend and I moved into a new place together. My old apartment I was in for almost 8 years, had lots of horrible memories and events attached to it.

After being in a new place that is small and loving and quiet I feel I have changed a lot in just a month. I never would have thought it was possible. I have focused on slowly changing my life style. One thing at a time. I now exercise everyday, never did before. Realized if I can't control my eating of some things, I don't buy it. If I've eaten all my calories for the day and I'm still hungry, eat something small. It won't kill me. If I ever fall off course, just get back on it. Don't feel guilty.

I have never felt so stable in my life. I haven't reached my weight goal yet but I feel like I can actually do it this time. :)

This is a wonderful post...I especially love the part about if you're still hungry after you've eaten all your calories for the day you just have something small anyway. I will definitely be heeding that advice. Anyway keep up the good work.
