Hi all
I have been planning to invest in a Bosu but have noticed the new reebok stepper with the two airpods and it looks interesting. I'm not into the Rebook easytone range of shoes but the step looks like it might be onto something?

Just wondering if anyone has had expereinc eof both and what you thought - is one far superior to the other?

Cheers
:drinker:

Bosu... there are so many things you can do with it.
  • BOSU all the way! I have the sneakers you are speaking of and I honestly felt nothing (but it was the hubby's attempt at being supportive after the birth of baby #2 so I wore them....I'll stick to my Brooks sneakers though)

I just got a Bosu Ballast Trainer, and it is awesome. I learned yesterday that my balance has so improved over the last year, that I could flip it over and sit on the disk part for 25 minutes cross legged without falling over. It burns a lot of calories, 176 for just 25 minutes doing low impact balance fun. My niece, nephew, brother, and son, also had a blast on it too. The Bosu is easy for all ages, niece is 11, nephew 13, brother 33, son 2, and I 36 could use it and have fun. If you use it with step aerobics you burn 8.0 MET's, and with balance exercises 3.5 MET's. I looked it up.

Edit: I also believe when you buy something to workout with, it should be able to do multiple exercises with. That way you get more bang for your money.

Thanks everyone - well that's pretty unanimous then. I was tempted but still thinking Bosu too.
