I went to see a nutritionist and he recommended that I add Co Q10, B12& B6, Vitamin C&D, Omega 3 , Calcium and Chromium , along with my daily multi vitamin and baby asprin routine. Only been a week and I feel like I have much more energy and have lost the crazy sugar cravings. Anyone else taking any supplements ??

Over the years I've taken this and that and the other thing. Now I haven't taken anything for a week but that's just because I keep forgetting, haha. I'm gonna go take it now. But here's what I'm taking these days:
Vitamin D3 drops
Krill Oil caps
Vitamin E gels
Probiotics caps
Vitamin C tabs
and a prostate health mix called Prosta Ease.
I notice a difference in how I feel. I don't take multivitamins because they typically have things I don't want, like iron. I should probably also be taking calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B but I haven't been lately.0
