Hi All

OK, so I am doing ok on the fitness side of things, my diet isnt too bad, I could do with cutting the crap out which I really am trying to do. I have a decent amount of muscle but its hiding under a layer of fat.

Any top tips for busting the fat off and reducing my body fat % to reveal my muscles. I think my body fat % is around 21% already.

Thanks
Gem

Keep going with the calorie deficit, and your body fat will reduce over time :)

I don't have any special tips though. I've always found regular exercise helps me get better results looks-wise than diet alone (even with the same calorie deficit) but it sounds as if you already have that sorted :)

Also, do you strength train? That will help you maintain your muscles while you're losing body fat (making it easier for them to show afterwards)

Most people that think they have a "final layer of fat" have a lot more than that. I'm not saying that this is the case for you, just something to consider.

And your advice is? UponThisRock Not sure why you commented on this post, as you have absolutely nothing useful to offer. Stick to your usual *****y little threads in future, there are plenty of those to troll - Just something to consider...

You two are brutal. Wish there was a way to block user profiles so I wouldn't stumble upon you two again.
