At what speed does a jog turn into a run? Does it vary by height? Gender?

    When I first started running/jogging I had the exact same questions. But check out the definitions to both of the words, jog and run.


    jog/jäg/Verb : Run at a steady gentle pace, esp. on a regular basis as a form of physical exercise.

    run/ past participle of run Verb: Move at a speed faster than a walk, never having both or all the feet on the ground at the same time:
