To the nurses working night shifts, am I the only one who finds it extremely difficult to eat healthy over night?!?
I find that everyone always brings in snacks (usually unhealthy) and I have to fight real hard not to give in to the temptation. And I find that just the fact that it's night time makes me want to eat poorly even though I bring my bag of healthy snacks and food.
Any tips?
