A tall iced skinny mocha is only 70 calories. It has 2 grams of fiber, 7 grams of protein, 20% iron, and 20% calcium...
Could this be considered a healthy choice?? More so in the sense of nutrients than choosing a low cal option, even though it is.

7 grams of protein for 70 calories is a decent ratio, but I believe Starbucks' sugar-free syrup contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener that does have a bit of controversy associated with it. I wouldn't consider this a healthy choice.0
